Ace Hotel Chicago

The staff were so nice and helpful! The room was clean and quiet which i needed for my client calls and for a good nights sleep! The hotel also have robes and a steamer in each room which is clutch! There is also a coffee shop, gym, and lobby bar...which are important for me :) I used to stay at another hotel in the West Loop when I would come into town but now I will be staying at the Emily Hotel.

Exceptional Customer Service: I gifted my daughter a night at The Emily for her 25th Birthday. I worked with Leo Cibangu on setting up amenities to surprise her in her room. Leo went above to ensure a special celebration. Working with Leo was like working with an old friend; fun, kind and caring. I would give him 10 stars! I’m now a customer for life at The Emily. My daughter told me her experience was fantastic! Thank you to the hotel and especially to Leo.

Furnishings were of low quality. Bed was almost like a bed roll on an ikea-like metal frame. Nightstands and desk were polyurethaned plywood. Room temp was difficult to control. Just not my style. No room service and restaurant ran out of several menu items by 8:00pm. I was attending a business meeting and needed to get to the sixth floor, but wait for elevators was long. I asked front desk about the stairs, which they directed me to. I claimed six floors only to find access to the sixth floor was locked.

The room was super nice and clean very nicely stacked with beverages and everything I need it for the night Their restaurant is outstanding very chill vibe had dinner there and was super delicious I will stay there again for sure Everyone was super professional and friendly

Great customer service and atmosphere! The location was close to lots of restaurants & bars. Selva was fun with great drinks, food and music. Staff were all courteous and friendly. The fitness center was clean and well stocked with a variety of equipment. We really enjoyed our stay for a quick weekend get-away.
