Love this place!
Everyone there was so kind and helpful, but most importantly, I forgot my purse in the lobby, I called, they found it quickly and I was able to pick it up, with a good laugh at myself! Overall great experience and it was my first time at a four seasons

The Perfect Holiday Weekend for Families
We have taken our children to the Four Seasons Chicago every December for years now as a Christmas/Holiday staycation. The staff at the hotel are INCREDIBLE. They have so many activities for kids and everything is set up beautifully for the holiday season. Do not miss the ice cream cart or breakfast with Santa. This is simply the best hotel in all of Chicago!

5 Stars, all the way...
A great experience. At least 5 stars. First, everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. All the time. The food in the Adorn restaurant was amazing. The room was excellent. The facilities were spotless. The gym/sauna/pool was immaculate. The concierge staff went out of their way to help us get reservations at great restaurants. Other hotels should send their managers to this hotel to see how it should be done. We will be back!

Best Four Season around
We had to check in late past midnight and unexpectedly due to a cancelled flight we were stranded. Having stayed at Four Seasons hotels in the past we called them and received a wonderful greeting and assistance from Matt at the front desk. He helped us in our hour of need and whilst we were not looking for an amazing experience we certainly got one as this must be one of the nicest Four Seasons around. A beautiful property more European City style with friendly and great service. Views from the room were spectacular.
