Over the top experience
The entire staff was extremely professional and attentive. The Chef Concierge & Guest Experience Manager RAMON stood out for his restaurant recommendations and reservations. Every place we went were outstanding experiences. The hotel is conveniently located and allowed easy access to the mall and all of the stores on Michigan Ave. Amazing time and we will be back soon.

Lovely downtown luxury hotel!
The stay was wonderful! The location is perfect for downtown, especially for the food fanatic and avid shopper. Business meeting rooms were spacious and the banquet food had a nice selection. Staff are all warm and hospitable. Be sure to look for Luigi at check-in, he will make sure your every need is addressed.

We love this hotel, our new NYE tradition. Located right in heart of magnificent mile, this is a gem, and connected to the mall. Staff is great, food is great. We look forward to next year and coming back to this gem. Near shopping and great views from patio
