The Best!
Nobu Chicago has the greatest staff ever. They are all truly so helpful and kind. It is a beautiful space that is extremely clean and always vibrant and happy. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will continue to stay loyal to Nobu Chicago!

We absolutely loved our experience at Nobu Hotel. From the time we arrived at the hotel until our departure everything and everyone was exceptional. Chataun at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. My man Gino always on point with recommendations for the best spots for Italian Beef or Deep Dish Pizza, an extra umbrella for my lady when the rain came... The entire staff was excellent...

Nobu or nothing
Absolutely incredible hotel. Most likely the best hotel experience I have ever had in the US. The staff was extremely accommodating. Everyone felt like family! I will say that James felt like a brother to me. Whenever I needed anything, he we was able to provide guidance or support! As for the hotel itself, it’s located in the best spot by far in Chicago for retail, restaurants, lounges, clubs and I can go on and on. But aside from the staff at the hotel, the bar staff at Nobu is on another level. They are personable and deliver on everything possible drink regardless on how busy the restaurant/bar is. Then their is the rooftop bar/reataurant. I can go on and on, but I think you get the idea….

Sublime Urban Retreat
From the moment I arrived, Nobu Hotel Chicago demonstrated why it stands among the city's best hotels. Bellman Jordan and Austin were super friendly and accommodating when I arrived. The check-in process with Shittaun was seamless, and she knew my name before saying anything. I also received a hand written note from my room attendant Yadira, simply amazing! Nobu's service coupled with the hotel’s stunning design and perfect location make this a destination worthy of the most discerning traveler.

Chataun Frank and Ricky were great. This is an excellent property and one that you should consider when staying in Chicago. The staff is excellent and you are treated exceptionally well from the moment you hit the door. I highly recommend this property
