Park Hyatt Chicago

Park Hyatt really understands customer service. When our room wasn’t ready at check in, we were given a temporary room for the day so we could relax, shower, store our belongings. This made all the difference as we were only there for one night. The rooms are always exceptionally clean and the beds are comfy!

The Park Hyatt Chicago is a beautiful hotel with a great location. In addition its staff is hard working and makes you feel wonderful. I was lucky to stay recently with members of my immediate family and we all had a great experience. The room was wonderful and comfortable. The breakfast was superb. Thank you again especially the front desk staff for working with us due to upcoming weather in our hometown.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! My mother and I traveled with a GOH certificate and were upgraded to a beautiful 2 queen room with an amazing view of the lake and the city (room 1707) and free breakfast. The room was clean and modern, the bed was super comfortable, the window seat was perfect for reading in between our outings, and the location was excellent on the Magnificent Mile. Restaurant and lounge were both classy and had excellent waitstaff (it was a little pricey though...). All of the staff went above and beyond - we actually had a fairly major issue and it was handled so professionally and with such kindness. I will be back!

First family trip via plane! We picked Chicago because we used to call it home for years (and it's also only a short ride away from NY), so it's easy for us to test the water. Park Hyatt was two blocks from where I used to live and work, so it was also a "safe" choice for us to test the water. The moment we got to the hotel, I loved how much it has and hasn't changed. Our entire stay was nostalgic. The service quality, in-room/restaurant dining, as well and the spa all exceeded our expectations. I was very happy that we made this our first family getaway outside of NY and certainly look forward to coming back here again. (And yes, Park Hyatt is super family friendly IMHO)

Immediately upon entering my room, I had a sense of relaxation. This was a solo trip for some R&R. The Park Hyatt did not disappoint. The room was clean, cozy and spacious. It’s perfectly situated by Michigan Ave. I booked a lake view room and had a great view of lively Michigan Ave and the holiday lights. I found myself sitting on the window seat often to enjoy the scene. Oh, and the window was heated plus it opened to an extent for air. Perfect! The soaking tub was clean, and for someone my size, petite, it was big. The staff were friendly and attentive. Valet was awesome, efficient and made it a point to address me by my name every time. My hotel bill was incorrect but front desk immediately addressed the issue. I truly appreciated the efficiency and courtesy by the staff. The hotel location was near great shopping (high end designer brands, fast fashion brands and others) and novelty shops such as the Chicago Teahouse and Leonidas Cafe Chocolaterie. A 24-hour Walgreens is across the street for any forgotten necessities. There’s plenty of highly rated restaurants within walking distance. I felt relaxed and safe and enjoyed my stay at Park Hyatt.
