Beautiful hotel.
Beautiful hotel off the mag mile. Nearby restaurants and shopping. Nice spa. Friendly staff. Coffee in the lobby restaurant is complimentary usually if you ask for a to-go coffee. Valet has free water if you ask. Always decorated nicely. Holiday decor is very pretty.

The Staff is AMAZING!
This Hotel is 25-30 years old. It is built like it has a history and has been remodeled which it did right before Covid. It is beautiful and the staff is absolutely. It is the bet experience I have ever had engaging with the staff. From every level it was professional and they put you at ease.

Elegant, but not stuffy Upscale, but not pretentious. An oasis of calm and tranquility off of Michigan Ave. First time visiting Chicago since the White Sox were good! (2005) Breakfast was delicious & relaxing in The Lobby. An open-air restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in tons of daylight. I can't say I'm a huge Chinese food guy, but enjoyed Shanghai Terrace so much, we went back to eat there a second time. Amazing Fried Rice and Wonton Soup. Location is wonderful. Saks, Polo Ralph Lauren, Nordstrom Rack, Canada Goose and Neiman Marcus are all within a 3 minute walk. Definitely keen to come back in the Spring to coordinate seeing a game at Wrigley
