Great location but not enough space
Rooms are very small. Only 1 chair with the provided table. need one more to make it comfortable as there was no where else to sit except on the bed with felt like it was sinking. Hot water was not hot at all even when turned all the way hot. I feel like you should've let me know that our room was right above the L train which was horrible to hear at night.

Wonderful customer service and well-appointed accommodations.
The staff was amazing, especially Antoine at the front desk. He gave us great advice on places to go, how to get there and what to expect. He is so helpful. The rooms are appointed nicely with thoughtful touches like bathrobes, full-size umbrellas, wonderful lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I really like the bathroom set up with a lit vanity, room to store luggage and separate toilet room. Fabulous all around! And, Miss Ricky's is very good for breakfast and dinner. We will definitely stay at Virgin Hotels in the future.

A reliably comfortable experience with good customer service
The Virgin Chicago is always a comfortable stay, with the rooms clean and well maintained. As an added bonus, it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Great to be able to walk to the theater for a show. We appreciated being able to check in early using the app.

Perfect hotel! Can’t wait to come back
Great hotel, and view. The room was perfect and had everything we needed including an umbrella. Perfect location and super helpful staff. Coffee shop and restaurant attached were great as well. Rooftop bar has an amazing view, and the entertainment was fun. I’ll definitely be booking here again.

Great Birthday Staycation
We wanted a little night away so we stayed at the Virgin and had an amazing time. The room was big and clean. The front desk staff was as extremely helpful in making sure we had a great stay. Danny and Jordan were very knowledgable about all the great late night spots to hit and made sure we were taken care of!
