About the Hotel
The five-star NH Collection Copenhagen is located on Strandgade 7, across from the beautiful harbor and within walking distance of the Opera, Royal Library and Nyhavn. Set with the vibrant city life of Christianshavn right on the doorstep, the hotel’s guests will find it easy to travel around the city with ease, as both water busses and metro stations are only a couple of minutes away. Reviews for NH Collection Copenhagen
If we visit Copenhagen again, this is where we’ll stay
The team at NH Collection Copenhagen is incredibly friendly. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Unfortunately, with all NH Collection hotels, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Outside of that one issue, they were perfect. Highly recommend The Roof - beautiful views and great cocktails. Location of this hotel can not be beat. Two block walk from the Metro, the closest 7-11 (for those extra bottles of water), a few grocery stores, plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Bus stops almost right outside the front door of the hotel, so you can easily get anywhere in town.

Very disappointing!
It was not a pleasant stay. The service was very spotty. The staff seemed clueless. Our hotel room’s Airconditioning system did not cool the room. At times warm air was blowing from the vent. When a call was made to the front desk regarding the situation someone came to the room to evaluate the situation. They could not find the problem. We were told by the gentleman that he would return immediately. He never returned. At the restaurant located in the lobby, the service was terrible. We waited over one hour for our food to arrive. It was not a complex order. We ordered a hamburger and a club sandwich. We then experienced a power outage. No electricity, no phones, no WiFi. The WiFi was down the entire day. Heat continued to blow out of the Airconditioning vent. One other complaint is that the TV selections only had a limited amount of channels. Due to the heat in the room and all the above mentioned we decided to checkout and move to another hotel. When we arrived at the front desk, the staff could not printout our bill because the computer system was down. They had no idea what was going on. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

Rolling with the punches
Well, I've stayed here now multiple times and this is my third review. This was by far the most stressful stay but the staff was again exemplary. The hotel lost power and air conditioning during the heat of the late summer. We were put on the top floor and the temperature was just unbearable. We had huge windows to the south and west that unfortunately did not open. There was no way we would be able to sleep. Other guests were sitting in the hallway as it was much cooler. The staff were extremely apologetic and gracious in findings ways to accommodate our group. We were offered multiple options and in the end we did stay, but in another room. Many of the guests did cancel and move, but we really wanted to stay here because of the location. The breakfast was again filling and wonderful with the best ingredients. The hotel is still spotless. The staff is what makes this place special. They were always understanding, empathic and truly cared about our experience. The fact that I still rate this stay as a 5/5 is because of them. It could have been a disaster, but they saved it. Thanks again, NH! I'm coming back in November and haven't changed my booking!

AMAZING HOTEL AND AMAZING PEOPLE
I had the most amazing stay here for a long weekend. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are so lovely and happy to help with anything. I would definitely recommend going to the roof top bar as well, the views are stunning and the cocktails are something else! I will definitely be returning to this hotel. It is also in a great location. I can't fault the hotel at all.

Great Location but a bit expensive
We loved our stay at the NH Hotel. It was in the perfect location, close to the Metro and eating places. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and very helpful. We thought it was a expensive for what it was but I guess this is Copenhagen in general.
