We come here every year. Last year we celebrated our engagement 💍 The surroundings are beautiful. The hotel is exquisite but the staff are second to none. Magical Christmas Break
Powerscourt in December is simply magical. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The service was second to none, all the staff were very warm and couldn't do enough for us. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite and it was the most beautiful room we've ever stayed in. We had a fabulous stay at the Powerscourt hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return.

This was our second visit to Powerscourt for my mum and me, and it was even more fabulous than the first. John and Mossy went above and beyond to make our stay special—John kindly drove us to Avoca, and Mossy gifted us tickets to the gardens, which was such an incredible treat. We were also surprised with chocolates from the manager and treated like royalty throughout our stay. The spa experience was exceptional—Paula gave me a fantastic massage and facial so relaxing that I even fell asleep during the massage. We enjoyed cream tea and Irish coffees by the fire, afternoon tea in the spa, and a delightful dinner at Sika. Everything was absolutely amazing. We had the most magical stay and can’t wait to return for another trip soon! Thank you so so much for making our stay so fabulous.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “A Royal Experience (Minus the Crown)!”
If Buckingham Palace and a cozy mountain retreat had a baby, it would be Powerscourt Hotel. From the moment I stepped in, I half expected a butler to hand me a cup of tea and a golden scone, but no—just as well, because I had no idea what to do with all the fancy silverware at breakfast. The staff? Practically royalty themselves. So polite, they make your grandma seem like a rebel. The spa? Let’s just say I left feeling so relaxed, I’m pretty sure I’m now officially in a permanent state of zen. The room was fit for a king, but I would’ve been okay with it even if I was just a very well-dressed peasant. And the view? I don’t know if it’s even legal to have that much beauty in one place. I half expected a unicorn to trot by just to make things even more magical. In summary: Go here. Stay here. Pretend you’re royalty, and if anyone questions you, just tell them you were at Powerscourt. They’ll understand.

Amazing hotel, attention to detail was sublime. What really made it special was Dennis the bartender. Absolute gentlemen, made our night. Knows every cocktail on the menu and delivers it with class. Didn’t expect the service to be that good.
