A ten out of ten. Service and decor and location can’t be beat
The palacio del Inca is a wonderful hotel. The service is beyond perfect. The decor is stunning.everything about the hotel is perfect. I travel 12-15 times a year and this hotel is at the top of the list. Our concierge Emerson took care of every detail for us and helped us plan our whole week. Kevin in the dining room catered to all our needs. The dining room opens at 5 am for early tours. They have locals set up a store in the courtyard which is convenient and the sales women have a little baby llama running around the coutyard. The spa is excellent. The water treatments after a busy day of hiking really help. A 10 out of ten. Everyone from the front desk to the service people you meet in the hallway greet you with a smile and a friendly good morning. The location is perfect also with easy walking access to the Plaza del Armas the main Cusco square. It is really right in the city center. The architecture is stunning also.

Gorgeous hotel! Peaceful, relaxing, in thr center of town
Beautiful hotel! Top service! The decor and thr ambiance make it feel so special. And the location is right in thr center of everything. We can walk everywhere. Highly recommend a visit here. The concierge helped us make our plans. Kevin at breakfast was so helpful. The food was also delicious. All in all everything was a pleasure. I highly recommend!

Amazing People and Hotel
The best stay. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. They surprised us with cake and wine in the room for our anniversary. The hotel is stunning and clean. Kevin at breakfast is amazing. The spa is great. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are super comfortable. If we ever come back to Cusco we’re staying here again.

Very Pleased
We just spent the first of five nights at the Inka and the breakfast was wonderful. Our server, Kevin, was very friendly and helpful with great recommendations. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and slept well in our comfy bed. We’re looking forward to the remainder of our stay.

Top notch staff
All the staff were friendly and helpful. During my stay Elmer and Oscar attended me so well. They both went out of their way to make me comfortable. In addition the tour was fantastic as was the food we enjoyed at the restaurant and room service.
