A Perfect Stay at Virgin Hotel Dallas!
We had an amazing experience at the Virgin Hotel in Dallas! The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, and everything about our stay felt just perfect. A special shoutout to Simone and Troy, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of — their hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

Close to our meeting location
When I arrived I was greeted warmly. My check-in experience was very good. We had a reception in the bar area. Pretty noisy! They provided shuttle service to meeting location. Breakfast was good but very pricey and alacart. Staff at checkout was very helpful with an issue

Great Dallas hotel
Was impressed from the decor to diverse crowd. Friendly staff especially Troy at the bar, a real pro. Nice rooms and amenities.

Awesome getaway
We came here for the Dallas Int’l Film Festival, and it is an incredible hotel. Rooms are spacious, staff is professional and friendly. Neil, Alyssa at the front desk / reservations, Jane at the commons Cafe and the best server Troy.

Disappointing penthouse stay leaves a lot to be desired
The mattress was a bit too soft for my liking - felt like I was stuck but overall it was a comfortable sleep. I did really appreciate that there was an extra pillow in the closet - one more would have been perfect! The towels were a bit small but nice overalll
