InterContinental Dublin Hotel

Had a fabulous overnight stay with our children and young grandchildren whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary. Staff were very accommodating. We dined in the lobby in the evening. Every need was met. We were well positioned within the room. For breakfast we were welcomed by Jacqueline. She looked after our every need. Also well positioning our large table with younger guests in an area so that we could relax and enjoy our time together. We didn’t feel like we were disturbing the other guests. We’d a fun time spent together.

You know exactly what you're getting at the Intercontinental. Elegance, Class, Atmosphere, Comfort, Relaxation etc. It's become our favourite place to celebrate important moments, it has actually become our only place to celebrate important moments because they've earned our trust with 10/10 hospitality and care. I don't often leave Reviews, especially weeks after our stay but the experience is still living long in our memory and we're already looking forward to our next visit. I'd also like to mention the Guinness in the Hotel - One of the best Pints in Dublin. Whilst it didn't come in a Guinness Glass it was absolutely beautiful! I'm always nervous for a 'Hotel Pint' but that hit the spot perfectly! Thank you the whole team, I believe Emma was the lovely lady at the front desk and to the Gentleman who organised our Taxi. Incredible - Thank you again!

We had a blast at the InterContinental Dublin, everyone since the arrival made us feel welcome. We have been traveling around Europe for the last three weeks and this hotel was the first one that we had a great experience. Thank you Larissa for your hospitality and service on our dinner.

We stayed for two nights over Christmas. Overall we had a really lovely time. The food was excellent, our rooms were lovely, and the vast majority of staff were absolutely wonderful. We had rocky start in the bar, with incorrect drinks served, and incorrect bills received. All very understandable on an exceptionally busy day. We were very impressed by the young woman in the bar who was producing an incredible number of impressive looking cocktails, and who still made time for a smile and pleasant exchange as she worked. We were delighted when bar manager Safi appeared. He is the ultimate professional, and is genuinely nice. He took tremendous care of everyone.

I recently stayed at this hotel during an exceptionally busy period, and I was thoroughly impressed. Despite the high volume of guests, the staff provided impeccable service, always attentive and friendly. The room was spotless, comfortable. It’s clear the team is dedicated to ensuring every guest has a great experience, no matter how hectic things get. Highly recommended!
