Fabulous hotel
You can just escape away from your every day troubles and relax in the luxury and friendliness of this hotel. For a five star hotel the staff are more than helpful and friendly!!!I would go back in the morning ! If you stay in this hotel book room and breakfast as the breakfast is absolutely fab!!!!!

Fabulous… you won’t be disappointed
We had a fabulous overnight stay such a beautiful hotel. It’s a hotel that is known worldwide for its excellent quality and service and it certainly lived up to its reputation and my expectations. From check into check out it was a memorable stay.

Amazing stay
The service and professionalism provided throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff at The Shelbourne could not do enough. Special thank you to those at the front door who also made the stay special for us. We look forward to staying again! The service was great at the Shelbourne, beverages were lovely. Service was a little slow when we had lunch in the bar, we were only having soup and it took nearly 30mins to come out. The soup was a bit disappointing. However, the remaining of our stay completely outnumbered this

“This hotel oozes class. The staff are unbelievably helpful and really made our experience that bit more special. Best location in Dublin by far. We have stayed in hotels around the world, including the best hotels in Dubai, USA, Turkey and Europe and found The Shelbourne to be a cut above them all. The ambience in The Shelbourne is matched only by the service and superb food & drink. Will definitely make The Shelbourne an annual visit at the very least.”

Perfect Stay!
My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - they did everything possible to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Orla and her team at Reception for their kindness and for looking after us so well. We are really looking forward to our next visit.
