A lovely stay at this hotel. Beautifully decorated rooms in what used to be a house. Located in a lovely quiet street in a residential area. Approx 15 minute walk from the train station. An amazing choice of breakfast - cooked and also a great continental choice. L’occitane products available in the bathrooms. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Overall would definitely recommend.

The hotel was great , the room was small but felt very cozy. The location is great everything was a short walk away like food , attractions and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful with recommendations for food and drinks. The room was very modern and had a lot of amenities and felt luxurious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and were very happy with our stay.

Fantastic break, warm and friendly welcome by reception, and supportive with all our needs throughout our stay, the most amazing friendly and supportive staff and team, can not thank them all enough, tasty wonderful food, exactly what we needed with attentive caring service, thank you all so much, will be back and recommend without hesitation

We visited in early December for my partner’s birthday. We had arrived on an early flight and asked if we may be able to check in earlier than usual. We were warmly greeted by Erin at the front desk, who not only sorted us a room quickly but upgraded us for the occasion. Erin could not have been kinder and more helpful throughout our stay - she is an asset to your team. She helpfully wrote us a list of restaurant recommendations and offered to secure us reservations. The room was spacious and had everything we required - even a Nespresso machine and the toiletries were very nice from L’Occitaine. The breakfast was equally good - extensive choice and they cater well for vegetarians/pescatarians. Nice coffee as well. Thank you so much for the welcoming atmosphere and comfortable luxurious stay and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Nira Caledonia Hotel. The team, including Pouya and Matt, were incredibly welcoming and warm. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and tidied up daily. The breakfast was delicious, and I highly recommend adding it to your stay. The restaurant staff, Kanrad and Nand, were attentive, friendly, and ensured all our needs were met. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to all of Edinburgh's top tourist attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend!"
