The Roseate Edinburgh

Visited Edinburgh for the Christmas experience and stayed here. The whole stay was fantastic. We arrived hours before our check-in where we were welcomed in from the cold with a tasty complementary coffee which was very welcome. The room was made ready for us so we could freshen up before venturing out for the day. The room we had was clean, very nicely presented and the bed was extremely comfortable. The dinner we had was lovely. The breakfast the following day was delicious, the haggis was stunning. All in all we highly recommend this hotel. All the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to make you feel special, but we have to give an extra mention to Zoltan who was just magnificent, a credit to the hotel. 20 out of 10 for us.

Great Hotel, Staff so friendly and helpful, Room and Food was Amazing, would highly recommend, Positioned nicely for visiting City Centre, and with Parking Available this was a big plus for us, Cost very Reasonable for the Service and facilities provided will defiantly return

Very few of my UK travel experiences have been unworthy of praise, but I must say the Roseate and the team behind it have raised the bar! Special thanks to Joesph and Katie for their candor, hospitality, and cheerfulness! Instead of asking yourself if you should book a stay here, ask instead ‘What’s in a name?’

Our trip to Edinburgh has been perfect and best of all was the hotel. Everything from service, room, food, breakfast menu⭐️Afternoon tea 👍 Can’t come up with anything negative. After three days stay we left very satisfied with great Christmas feeling 🎄 Thank you! Malin & Pia

Our first impression was that the hotel is in a beautiful old building. We were warmly greeted by Zoltan before we even got a chance to finish walking up the path. He insisted on carrying our luggage and seated us in the restaurant to check us in. Our Superior room was tastefully furnished and very in keeping with the style of the building. The bed was super comfy too. We couldn't fault our stay. The bar service in the evening was perfect, the breakfast was made of high quality ingredients and the service was spot on. We originally chose the Roseate because it had a small private car park and was within walking distance to the area of Edinburgh we wanted to visit. I'm so glad we did and would definitely look to stay again next time we visit Edinburgh.
