Anniversary Stay to Remember – Exceptional in Every Way!
We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary, and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the service was outstanding, and the location was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Absolute Stunning hotel..
Myself & my partner stayed at the roseate recently and what a hotel it is..Beautiful building with stunning interiors,All the staff can't do enough to make your trip memorable,Stunning room with the most comfortable bed,pillows and quilt I've ever slept in..Breakfast was devine and absolutely gorgeous and the location is perfect with a 5min bus ride into the center which is outside the hotel...Would only stay here when visiting edinburgh again...Thank-you...

Perfect stay in Edinburgh
What a lovely hotel! We stayed for one night as a January treat and it was quite a treat! We were given a warm welcome and taken through to the bar for coffee/tea whilst we waited for our check in. We’ve never experienced a check in like this - the gentleman sat down with us (sorry we didn’t catch his name but it was 9/1/25), went through all the details, had a friendly chat about our plans and then showed us to our room. He couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. We were allocated a beautiful room. A firm pillow was provided on request with no problem at all. The towels, linens and products were excellent quality. We also ate in the restaurant and the dinner was superb, as was breakfast the following morning. Every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, courteous and helpful. If you are looking for a top class, small boutique hotel in Edinburgh this is the place. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and have already recommended to others.

Wedding at the Roseate
We were married in the hotel and had a wonderful experience there. The wedding package was superb. The staff were excellent and made us feel so special and welcome. We were in the Roseate Suite which was fabulous. We had afternoon tea on arrival and our wedding “breakfast “ after the ceremony the following day in the hotel. The food and service were excellent. Would love to go back. Many thanks to Jana, Anna, Mr Russell and the rest of the team

New Years Eve Stay
The building looked impressive when we arrived and we were greeted by Zoltan who made us feel very welcome. We were seated in the main room where Zoltan checked us in and offered us a welcome drink, before we were shown to our suite which was very spacious and clean with a cosy living area. We had a great night's sleep and decided to have the Scottish breakfast the following morning, although the menu had lots of options! I have already recommended The Roseate to friends and family and look forward to another visit soon.
