Excellent, approachable 5 star treatment
Fantastic experience. I like other 5 star, we felt very at home. Staff were excellent and location and facilities were brilliant. From concierge on arrival, reception staff throughout our stay, bars staff across the whole venue, everyone went out of their way immense we had a great time. Oh, and sign up for the Know too before booking direct. We will return for sure

Great classy hotel, great style, perfect location, and mostly friendly staff. Avoid terrace rooms 147-150. The terraces are ground level with no view, and you have to go from the third floor, walk all the way around, and then go downstairs to your room, which was very inconvenient. Good breakfast and nice bar. Watch out for the "chef" at the cooking station during breakfast, he is not friendly.

Amazing stay
Amazing start th m st the virgin hotel edinburgh. From the second we walked through the door we were greeted with a smile and a glass of fiz . Room was stunning, Service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and we will certainly be returning soon!!

The best place to stay!
You feel very special when staying at this hotel! The atmosphere of this hotel is unique - and the friendly staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good, the drinks are the same - and once you step out of the hotel - you are making history(or at least you can sense the exiting history of all the beautiful buildings that surrounds you).
