Disappointed
We stayed here in two rooms. The rooms are spacious, but somehow unimpressive. There was a heat wave during our stay, so it was hard for the A/C to keep up, and is created a definite smell of moisture. The pool is amazing. Our biggest issue here was the staff. The staff seemed like a bunch of hospitality interns with no leader. Very inconsistent and nobody seemed sure what to do, ever. Also, the restaurant could be good, but no, and again, the staff. I was served raw chicken and nobody noticed. We met a nice family from Canada and watched as their linebacker of a son didn't even eat the club sandwich; that says it all for the food. For a Small Luxury Hotel, it was sorely lacking.

Fabulous!
What an incredible retreat outside the city. The setting is so beautiful and relaxing. The staff was very helpful in making dinner reservations and suggestions for day trips. Our 3 days went too quickly! We loved the wine, pizza party and gelato!!

Just spectacular
Everything was amazing, big property, we had a minor issue with the room air conditioning but it was solved immediately. We were welcomed very warmly and we loved everything, the hosts very professional. Cannot wait to come back this autumn.

Dear Maria, Below is the msg I left in the notebook at the Villa. 15 to 19 June June 2023 Finally , we ve ticked off one of our bucket list wishes .. a visit to IL Boro!! Five fun filled days with friends spent at Casa Due Torri 74 VIESCA TOSCANA will be cherished for a long time . The beautiful location , natural surroundings , comfortable Villa & efficient staff made us feel like being at home . Chef Mario & helper Sara & special mention of the enthusiastic Yuri made our Villa dinners special. Last but not the least Maria who co ordinated our stay so effortlessly was a blessing to help us with our requirements . Bye till we visit again ! Viesca Toscana - an idyllic treat !!
Vast idyllic surroundings , dotted with neat villas , customised food , great wine and hospitality made up for a memorable trip to Viesca Toscana - to be repeated every year ! Based in Viesca , we did day trips to the medieval village Il Borro , Cortona up in the hills and , of course , the nearby Italian brand outlets for some value for money shopping !!
