Better than our honeymoon!
My wife and i came back to Lake Garda, without the kids, for the first time since our wedding and honeymoon. We can honestly say that the privacy and premium service provided contributed to an amazing time where we were able to reconnect as a couple. We felt like we were on a date the entire time. It was magical.

Beautiful resort with stunning views but....
Having previously stayed at the wonderful Lefay Resort in the Dolomites, we decided to stay at Lefay Lago di Garda and were not disappointed. It is a beautiful resort in a prime location offering stunning views over Lake Garda and the surrounding countryside. The staff were very polite and courteous and the facilities were impressive. The rooms have all been tastefully furnished and decorated. The food is good but not as good as I'd expect for such a premium resort. My only other disappointment is the exorbitant price of drinks e.g. €8 for a small can of Coke Zero, also €8 for a bottle of still water and €18 for an Aperol. I accept that premium resorts will also charge more but these costs seemed excessive.

A relaxing stay
A very relaxing location with comfortable spacious rooms all of which have a view of the lake, a definite plus. Service is all very friendly and helpful although on each occasion we have stayed we have had to wait to get into our room. Food is good but predominently fish or vegan

This is not 5-star
If someone adequately is able to call this a 5-star hotel, they are either lying or used to 2-star hotels. It’s a shame how they pretend and present themselves. At arriving they don’t care about you. The hotel quality is cheap (from furniture to towels to minds), broken, dirty and damaged (we made many pictures to even show them) and the after sales service is something you don’t want to enter in. After having this terrible experience we confronted the hotel staff, decided not to make any noise (which we should) but to leave the place earlier then booked. We should be refunded totally! With the proves of the service, dirt and damages they stayed by the fact that we couldn’t cancel our booking. The hotel manager apologized and promised a refund. 4 weeks later, of course, nothing. So they lie, steal and are even not ashamed of their 3-4-star quality but to present themselves of 5. Want to be treated like a debil? Go to this marvelous place!

Wonderful stay! The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the food simply divine...In every part of the resort there is careful attention to the smallest details! The spa is full of wonderful flavors and aroma wraps! This is the absolute best place to take your mind off things and enjoy ultimate relaxation.
