InterContinental Geneva

From check in to check out we had a fantastic experience. We travelled with our three children and I honestly cannot fault the service we received. Before we checked in we were called to check what bed set up we required and if the hotel would like to make us any reservations anywhere. As soon as we were greeted at reception we were upgraded to a suite. The children were given free passes to order free crepes with toppings of their choice. In the rooms the children had teddies and colouring books and a mini tent set up in the corner. We had chocolates and fruit. The concierge was fantastic and reserved some great dinner places for us in Geneva. Sarah at breakfast was super helpful with a huge smile which was contagious. Breakfast options were huge and great quality. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff we encountered were super efficient and really pleasant. The hotel gave us free travel passes which the children loved using on the trams. We look forward to staying again.

Had to stay for one night to the hotel to be close to the airport. Very convenient for one night stay. The room was spacious as it was the clasic room and the view was very nice i could see the city and the lake but they are a bit old a renovation is needed and the bed was not so comfortable. Although i was in the 15 floor i could hear a lot of noice from the road and the blinds are not automatic you have to do it by yourself. The room service menu was very good many and nice options there. Staff were very polite. Had dinner to the bar, had one of the most tasty entrecote steaks i've ever had. Overall a good one night stay.

staff were great .. birthday trip breakfast was exceptional,room was a perfect view of the lake . Concierge was friendly and kind very informative. Was given a transport voucher for the day which was brilliant , as the transport system is efficient in Geneva

All encompassing and wonderful stay, good amenities, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the beds well laid and succulent to sleep on. There was no noise and I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend it if you're coming to Geneva on vacation.

Great place, close to United Nations. There is a bus that stops at the door ,number 5, that takes you downtown, very easy. Staff super nice: Salome at the front desk! And Albert and Vincent, concierge’s desk, who went above and beyond to help my friend and me with sightseeing.
