La Reserve Geneve Hotel, Spa and Villa

I really loved the stay. Friendly and helpful employees, beautiful room and surroundings. Perfect location, close to the city centre and situated in the nature.

We were very surprised to discover the rather heavy safari style decoration as we know La Réserve Ramatuelle that has a very minimalistic atmosphere totally opposite to la Réserve Geneva. You may like it or not (we didn't!), but la Réserve is up to expectations, and its high-level service and standards trickle down to the level of the tiniest details (check the pictures). Nice spa and outdoor areas. Breakfast is amazing. On the flip side, the neighbouring Algerian embassy is loud, and the plane routing to the nearby Geneva airport is above the hotel so we can hear planes at night. And it is about 10 minutes away from Geneva Centre by car. They have a boat that sails in Geneva Lake, but we missed it as it started the day we left.

There’s something about La Reserve in Geneva. It gets under your skin in the best possible way. The service is flawless but seems completely effortless and natural. It’s a beautiful location, closets you in luxury and the staff are beyond exemplary. The hotel has that special something, or even somethings as just everything is wonderful. Even a day or two there recharges all your batteries and has you longing for a return visit. Tse Fung restaurant is also an experience not to be missed so make sure you book a table there well in advance.

From the moment you arrive until your departure, you’re treated like a cherished family member. The rooms have been beautifully redesigned since my last visit in 2019, and the room service has reached a whole new level of excellence. During my previous autumn stay, I enjoyed the garden and pool, but this time I was rewarded with breathtaking views of snowy mountain tops across the lake. Don’t go there alone—this is an experience best shared with someone special.
