OUTSTANDING! From the warm and friendly welcome at the door, to the staff inside, this is a historical luxury hotel that offered us a warm and welcoming stay for two nights. Views of the water and fountain, amazing decor, one could feel the love and care that had been designed and updated through time since it first opened years ago. I would stay here again in a heart beat, the experential stay, the location, everything in walking distance, I adored this hotel. The breakfast buffet and service was first class, the bar and dinner again were luxuriously divine. I also loved the elevator decor, smaller in nature as is for the region, it felt like my own luxury balcony. Highly recommended!

The room was old and very cold, there was no option for heating the room more than 22 degrees. It was the second time we stayed at Beau Rivage but for sure we will try different hotel next time we will be in Geneva. The rug in the room looks very look old. Location is good, Daily parking a bit expensive.

We dined in the ski village on the roof top overlooking Lake Geneva. It was a delectable experience, with traditional fondue whilst sat inside a ski lift. the service was impeccable, with the food & wine not falling far behind. A worthwhile experiences

The ULTIMATE Hotel Experience
The Hotel Beau Rivage remains the quintessential example of what it means to be friendly and welcoming. Probably the all around No. 1 hotel staff of any place I stay around the world. Add that to large beautifully appointed rooms which exude luxury and comfort, in a well maintained (and always being improved) 19th century palace and you have the formula for an exceptional hotel experience. While I can't remember Joe many times I've stayed here i can be sure of 2 things: it keeps getting better and better and there's no place else in Geneve I'd ever want to stay. Thank you for always making me feel like a truly valued and appreciated guest.
