Hotel Bristol Palace

We had a fantastic night in Genoa at the Bristol Palace. The reception we received and advice where to visit was very welcome, we went for lunch to Boccadasse, what a beautiful place. The location was perfect right by the old town. Comfortable bed and beautiful high ceilings and views as you would expect. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Thanks everyone.

The hotel was wonderful, very elegant and the staff extremely attentive. Our double room was large, comfortable, and quiet. The dinners and breakfasts in the dinning room were delicious! The stay felt authentically “Italien”. The hotel was located in the centre of the old city which made walking to the key sites very easy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed as a family with a 7 year old daughter. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. It is a very beautiful hotel, luxurious royal interiors, and the service matched this environment. We booked a room with breakfast, the food at breakfast was excellent. Valet parking was very helpful. The reception is very helpful and friendly. We had a small problem in the room and it took only 5 minutes from the time we asked for someone to arrive to fix it. Housekeeping came every day, the bar was also refilled on time. There was not a moment when the room was stressful or inconvenient. We are experienced travelers, I know what I am talking about! The view from the room on the old architecture buildings conveys the atmosphere of the city of Genoa. Near the hotel there are all the necessary shops if you suddenly need something. Highly recommend! and we will definitely come back here more than once!

The Hotel is brilliantly situated in the centre close to sites of interest (& shopping). The staircase is amazing & worth staying just to see. The staff were very friendly & super helpful & recommended the ‘essential’ places of interest to visit in just 2 days. Genoa is an overlooked city to visit the historic old town were a joy to get ‘lost’ in. Go visit & see for yourself…!

The welcome at Reception was very professional. The room was very spacious and so well decorated. The bar was very comfortable and the barman very happy in his job and very welcoming. We ate in the bar and the food was superb. The check out at Reception was again very professional and fast and helped us get a taxi
