Awful customer service experience
Beware that this hotel will not provide any consideration (no partial refund or even partial credit towards a future stay) if you need to cancel for reasons completely outside your control. I have never encountered a hotel brand with such low concern for its paying customers. I will be as unyielding as they are and avoid all of their hotels.

Amazing stay
We had an awesome experience here at One & Only. We were traveling with a family of 4, two children aged 10 and 11. It was our first time to Greece and the hotel staff made it so memorable for us. The hotel room was super clean and tidy thanks to the housekeeping team, who did a great job. We were surprised with special treats, made especially for our interests. Special thanks to Mike, who recommended several amazing restaurants during our stay: Melina, at the Kids Only Club, who made wonderful bracelets with the girls; Andrea and Demetia at the breakfast catering, who served us with care; and everybody else who helped us wholeheartedly Our little girl, who just turned 10 was treated like a princess, with 4 special delicacies made especially for her.

Outstanding hospitality, exceptional service, and an unforgettable guest experience. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful and so peaceful. The staff made us feel like family, always helpful and very quick to respond. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway or a trip with family, kids, or friends. It’s perfect for everyone!

Perfect place !
The hotel, in my opinion, is one of the top 10 hotels I have stayed at in recent years, and there have been quite a few. Excellent location near the sea, outstanding service level, a highly equipped bungalow, and a private pool in the yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during a few days of vacation.

Majestic views and hospitality
A luxurious yet quiet place near the sea. The view is great and the seafront rooms just majestic. My basic smash cocktail was perfectly made by the always smiley and welcoming Lefteris at Alelia bar. Finally, Jean-Paul, my wonderful host, did his very best to show me all the beautiful treasures of the complex!
