The wifey and I were on a tour of Greenville prior to my BMW racing course. We decided to stay in the Grand Bohemian for recommendations. It's definitely a beautiful hotel and a great location. We had great challenges in checking in because they have limited capability for large crowds in that process. That being said every aspect of the hotel was amazing once we did check in. Our room was clean and exceptionally comfortable. The restaurants were amazing. The staff was exceptional and the views were perfect. We would definitely stay here again, but perhaps choose a different time to check in so it was more seamless.

I decided to take my teen daughter to Greenville for a couple of days for some mother/daughter time and this was the perfect hotel. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff professional and friendly, and the location is great. Our room overlooked the falls and was nicely decorated. It was serviced twice a day with fresh towels and bottled water. Everything was very clean in all areas of the hotel. The common areas were never crowded during our stay as some reviews mentioned, and I wonder if the holiday season was a factor in those reviews. The live piano music in the lobby bar was lovely and we enjoyed the cozy outdoor fireplace on the lower level outdoor area one night as well. We dined at Between the Trees for lunch once and had a pleasant experience. We also booked massages at the spa which were a treat. One complaint there: we each booked a 50 min massage and each chose an "add on" treatment. However, the "add on" did not actually extend the time allotted but rather was incorporated into the 50 minutes, which meant we actually did not receive 50 minutes of massage. In reality, we paid extra to add a treatment that took the place of massage for that time. This made the massage feel rushed. I have had numerous spa treatments over the years and any additional treatments have always been performed after the full massage (all 50 minutes) were completed. Also, for a hotel of this caliber I found it odd that the spa offered no amenities such as a sauna or whirlpool. As others have mentioned, the valet parking does have some issues, but the staff were very kind and hard working and we never waited more than 10 minutes. The hotel is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and the staff is happy to help with recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

While the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Greenville boasts beautiful design, upscale amenities, and a prime location, one significant drawback that completely detracted from our visit: the overpowering cologne scent being pumped throughout the hotel. The fragrance, which I assume is intended to create a luxurious atmosphere, is so strong that it was headache-inducing and unpleasant. The scent lingers everywhere—lobby, hallways, and restaurant —making it difficult to enjoy the otherwise serene ambiance. It felt unnecessary and over-the-top, as the hotel’s natural charm and decor can easily stand on its own without relying on such an intense olfactory assault. I hope the hotel considers toning it down or offering fragrance-free areas in the future. Until then, I hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone with scent sensitivities.

Beautiful setting on the water. Awesome service. Great restaurant. Walkable town. Great location. Best service from Kevin in the restaurant! Everyone was super helpful. We will be back again for sure. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend to anyone!

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The rooms were nicely designed with ample space and felt very clean and new. The hotel lobby/first floor was bustling day and night with guests and locals. They had live piano music and a constant fire in the huge fireplace. Downside: limited, expensive drinks on the main floor, and someone should tell the guests PAYING to stay at the hotel that they need a reservation for breakfast! We spent a LOT of money at this hotel and couldn't even get breakfast. (none within walking distance) The three (teen? young 20?) hostesses could care less. We were sent to the front desk, then to room service, then back to the front desk (who finally compted us for our breakfast because of the hassle). It would have been easier if they just told us about making a reservation upon check in.
