Reviews for Capella Hanoi
Over the top and we loved it.
We had a perfect stay, 2 adults and 2 children in 2 rooms. There are no connecting rooms, which we prefer, but side by side worked ok. The entry level rooms are a bit on the small side but have everything you could possibly need and more. The decor of each of the rooms was unique and I loved the "over the top" design. The staff here could not do enough for you. The complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon was a nice touch. Dinner at the Hudson Room was great if you are looking for a nice western style meal. Breakfast had an extensive a la carte selection of western and Vietnamese dishes as well as a buffet with a nice selection. The only area for improvement (and I am being picky here) would be more attentive service as breakfast, plates were not cleared promptly and it was sometimes hard to get someone to order you a 2nd cup of coffee. Overall great stay and would stay again and look for the Capella brand for our future travel stays.

This hotel is Fabulously Beautiful! The staff was amazing from the moment we arrived. Until the day we checked out.. The location is great.. We had an opportunity to stay in the suite room #505. It was so Beautiful.. Thanks to all of the staff at Capella for making our trip so memorable.. We hope to see you again real soon…

My husband and I began our honeymoon at the Capella Hanoi and had the most amazing stay. The staff were incredible, the spa was fantastic, and the food was delicious. The location is also great, within walking distance of the old quarter. Overall, the Capella team went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special and we cannot thank them enough!

Amazing moments at Capela Hanoi
Amazing luxury boutique hotel that significantly enhanced our stay in Ha Noi. The team was nice and helpful and they always surprise us for the better. They really exceeds our expectations. We were lucky to celebrate a Birthday both our room were decorated and we had an amazing dinner. Thank you Capella that’s the way to go.
