We received very warm welcome from all the staff. Room was spacious and kids-friendly decorated. The family experience was unforgettable. And also the location was perfect as near metro station and shopping mall. Island Shangri-la is best place for family stay.

Wow. If I could give this hotel 7 stars I would. Finally got round to writing a review after a wonderful honeymoon stay in February. What a fantastic property where attention to detail and a guest centric service style really stand out. We were met on arrival by the wonderful Vivian who was an utter joy and shown to our harbour view room. Every detail has been considered in the design of this hotel. Breathtaking views, outstanding yet understated luxury and comfort throughout. Tasteful decor and a wonderful atmosphere in my opinion makes this the only sensible choice when visiting Hong Kong. It quite simply is a must.

Island Shangri LA HK
Shangri La Island HK is a wonderful setting for break, we had a worm welcome as one would expect from this brand . We had a few issues with our room , which I have to say whilst not pleasant were resolved efficiently and to our full satisfaction.. Chloe the duty manager made an enormous effort to ease this, our stay was not only comfortable but one that was memorable. Our thanks to Chloe and the team for some great memories, definitely will come back Raj

Family trip to HK
Our stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredible staff and fantastic facilities tailored for families. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, and though there were a few hiccups at check-in, the team resolved everything promptly and with a smile. We had three rooms and all of them well-appointed with the view and layout as described when booked. A special shout-out to Ronsa, Vanessa, Ella, and Kaysie on the 45th floor as well as Umi at breakfast on the 7th floor, they were so sweet, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel’s amenities were fantastic for families—our little ones loved the pool, and the dining options were superb. The family lounge and pantry really was the highlight to the whole trip, allowing families to gather and share a snack any time of the day, also providing a play area for the kids! We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend Island Shangri-La for anyone visiting Hong Kong, especially families looking for a seamless and luxurious experience.

Extremely disappointed
I've stayed at this hotel nearly every month and joined theur golden circle membership thinking I would have a "preferential" treatment as their loyal customer. I've given my credit card 3 days ago and let the hotel take a bigger security départir to ensure a smooth check in for my brother and my nephew today at 5pm! They have been told their was no room because of a lack of staff???
