Pleasant Stay at The Langham in Tsim Sha Tsui
We had an excellent experience during our stay at The Langham. I'd say that the hotel team worked well together to make our stay memorable. From the moment of our arrival, we were treated well. I'd like to give a special mention to the guest services team for helping me come up with a birthday surprise for my wife. The hotel location is great, a lot of places of interest is within reach by walking. There are two notable malls nearby, K-11 Musea and Harbour City. The ferry station is also close by, and there's an access to the underground MTR just across the hotel.

Luxury experience in a great location
The Langham was a lovely and luxurious experience, well located near shops (both high end retail stores as well as the hustle and bustle of West Kowloon) , transport (MTR right outside the doors) and the harbour just a short walk. I found the staff friendly and helpful, didn't miss a beat. The Langham Club was excellent and would recommend.

Location & Staff service are great . Hotel room built in cabinet unacceptable .
Staff service are good , Great Location . However Hotel room cleanliness need to improve , built in cabinet such as coffee table , wardrobe too old style . Hotel bathroom water is not flowing smoothly. Suggest at least provide snack or fruits in guest room.

Great find in the center of the city. Very good location!
Very good location, in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Walking distance to subway stations (MTR), shopping malls, restaurants and other stores. Easy to order taxi or Uber, 25 minutes ride and under to airport, Disney or other part of Kowloon. Also next to the express train station directly from airport. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options and always fresh. Services are great! Room is big and clean. Multiple elevators is a plus that you never need to wait long. Supeise fruit and chocolate at check-in, week night performance in the lobby such as piano and jazz. Would recommend for business or family trip.
