Quality and Hospitality
We spent three amazing days at the Regent Hong Kong. Everything you touch reflects impeccable quality. The Regent Club Lounge is relaxed, never overcrowded, and a perfect place to unwind. The buffet is consistently refreshed and beautifully presented—right up until the very last minute of service. On our first evening, we arrived just ten minutes before closing, and everything looked as fresh and inviting as if we were the very first guests of the day. That level of detail is rare, even among five-star hotels. One of the best surprises was the limousine service at the airport. Not only was the driver perfectly punctual, but the Regent staff greeted us on arrival, assisted with our luggage, and guided us efficiently to the check-in counter—an incredibly welcome gesture amid the usual chaos and pushy "helpers" at the airport. At Regent Hong Kong, you genuinely feel welcomed. Every member of staff is highly attentive, courteous, and warm in their interactions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our return.

Amazing Club lounge Experience

Good experience at hotel
We joined the Easter activity during Easter with a lot of fun with my son and family And the view of the room is really good and the staff served us very well with lots of smile, especially served by Jason and Amy and Isabel , and Jessica. It’s a good experience
