Jennifer was absolutely amazing! From the moment I was seated, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine smile truly made my experience special. You can tell she cares about her work and the people she serves. God bless her—she’s a blessing to any place she works at!

We stayed in the Sky Suite and this room has absolutely breathtaking views of the city. The room is beautiful and very spacious. The pool area has a perfect skyline view. It was very relaxing and the atmosphere was pleasant. Definitely a recommended staycation spot.

The dinner at Sol 7 was excellent and Jenni took great care of us! The dinner and drinks were spot on! We had a great salad followed by crab cakes and a great dish of salmon with new potatoes to round out a nice dinner while overlooking the city of Houston!

Jennie did an amazing job during our visit. Good service. Plenty of amazing views and good food. I wish the menu was a little extensive. Overall pretty good experience. Would come back again especially for the view. Parking is expensive. :)

Well, this is a mixed "bag" as they say. I origanally booked 5 days at this hotel, but quickly left after only one day. Hotel is architecturaly beautiful and interesting, but the "soft producr" was dismal. Where do I start? Chcek-in god, but rom, although a beautiful "Panaoramic Suite, was lacking lighting with only one dim flor lamp to light the entire living area. One could never be situated at a "desk area" to accomplish anything-mostly a dark living area after sundown. So, after a tiring flight, I ordered chcken tenders and a shrimp cocktail. What greeted me at my door was a person holding out to me a wet ice bucket {I guess I'm to take this?) and then, never moving trolley into room but placing meal on bureau under tv, left with door closing. Where is this person> Does she not want me to sign for room service? I opened dor and there she was waiting for met to sign!! After looking at my meal tray, there was a burnt chicken burger (no tenders.what?!) and, thank whatever, a shrimp cocktail. OK, if I were the division manager from Westin of Thompson Hotels, I would get on the phone immediately to Houston Thompson and fire the mannger. This surreal experience has directed me away from Thompson Hotels for years! I have stayed at Westins in Denver, LA, New York, and so on.I feel sorry for the room service female as she was horribly untrained and the chef/room service hostess fully inept. What a waste of a beautiful hotel (BTW, I saw no other guests during my short stay).
