Great experience!
Great service and good food! Highly recommend! Staff was courteous and took care of guests every need. Rooms were spacious and balcony was an extra benefit. The restaurants served amazing food, special mention to the bar and the tepanyaki grill, which were truly amazing. All in all was a very pleasant experience!

A beautiful large property with great suites and delicious food
This 16 acre property is amazing. It is great for any occasion whether it be business or pleasure. The suites are spectacular and massive giving us great space as well as a terrace. Himani and Parul were very kind and helpful to us, always with a smile. Besides the room being wonderful, the breakfast had great fresh options and the hospitality was superior.

A lovely oasis in the city
Beautiful grounds and the breakfast buffet was so good. I really appreciated the recommendations from the breakfast staff. My firm usually books me at a different property, but I wanted to see how Hyatt compared. It was great all around and I will stay here again on my next business trip for sure.

Brilliant property in the middle of Hyderabad
Excellent resort hotel in the middle of the city. Nice surprise of an experience. Couldn’t stay for long since I was on a business trip and had reached late and went out early for meetings. Will definitely recommend if you are visiting Gachibowli.

Customer Treatment
I was provided a smoking room against my original request. I had to get it changed in the middle of the night. The surprising element was that there was smoke free room available but I was not given that during the check in. Most likely this was the last stay and I wont stay again with this hotel.
