Best Hospitality and very good food and everything was perfect very nice welcome and also great history for the palace and specially staff is very well trained from main gate till u leave everyone is great . Must stay for one night to enjoy luxury a d also food is good in evening qawali was great experience

It’s a beautiful experience of high tea we had at this property! Large variety was alsready displayed plus services by Pyadi Babu & Suman customised & fed us additional delights :) Live music, ambience, service was really incredible. Looking forward to booking our stay in future here :)

We are very happy to choose Taj property for our Anniversary celebration over and over again. This place- Falaknuma Palace was exceptionally special as the hospitality and warmth was fabulous. We were keen to extend our stay here and were ready to reschedule our flights too but due to some events back in home city, we could not extend. Nevertheless we have decided to visit Taj Falaknuma Palace again since our son was so happy to spend time here and made fond memories. Special mention to Pranav & Jhanvi, Monica from housekeeping & Mustafa at the restaurant for making it a splendid experience for us with their lovely gestures and warmth. Every employee at the property has an unwavered smile on their face and are always keen to care and guide. We have so many extraordinary pictures since they all capture such lovely pictures. Ek hi toh Dil hai.. kitni baar jeetohge?!!!! :) Fantabulous is the word! Looking forward for the next visit and already planning.

Experience with Heritage Walk and Hi-Tea
Wonderful and pleasant experience. The staff was great and courteous. Pydi babu and team went above and beyond to serve everyone. The food and tour were amazing and everyone was very kind and attentive. There was a large selection of menu items.
