Quality location and product . Perfectly enjoyable stay .Rooms amenities can be improved eg’ for this price range eg ‘ supply of proper Coffee pods ( of espresso quality ) could be a welcome and an inexpensive necessity/ addition . Product is of quality but for the price charged they can do so much better with not much effort . Feels a bit too corporate at times . Superb location . Excellent front desk and concierge team. Breakfast quality and offering can be improved . Windows provide wonderful views at a rural location but can not be opened - which is a bit of a let down if Aircon is not efficiently working . Defiantly a place to stay but at high season it can do and provide so much more .

One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the minute you pull up to the gated car park you are treated like a VIP. The staff were incredible and could not be more helpful. Our evening meal was second to none with fabulous service and amazing food. Cannot fault anything on our 2 day Twixmas break.

Ness Walk is steeped in charm and the service is one of the best we've experienced in years. It's like stepping back in time when people once took great pride in their work, their culture and way of life. Though the rooms are quaint and there isn't a gym which I normally require, this was easily overlooked due the kindness and warmth of their staff. Plus, it's located right on the Ness to where it was easy to take off for a jog and the city is so safe and so beautiful to look at it was an absolute pleasure to just get out no matter the weather. I loved , too, that it's set off from the mainstream city (an easy 15 minute walk) yet far enough away to feel like you're in this secret Scottish garden where fairies flutter over folk tales and the tea is always kept hot and ready. Within a day, we knew most everyone's name and they knew ours, pure magic is all I can say.

We attended the hogmanay party in the conservatory and had a great time. The atmosphere was brilliant, complete with bagpipes. Band was really good and very entertaining, the food was lovely but what really completed the evening were the amazing staff who were a total credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcomed and comfortable. Staff were attentive, engaging and continually professional - a credit to the Hotel. The food was consistently excellent. We very much enjoyed our first Hogmanay experience at Ness Walk, a fantastic evening, thank you. We met so many staff throughout our short stay, all were outstanding, a special thank you to Monica, Mark and Steve (apologies I didn’t get anymore names). We can’t recommend Ness Walk enough, a great choice. We loved our Christmas and New Year festival celebrations in the Highlands, thank you Ness Walk, you absolutely delivered.
