Reviews for Ness Walk

Amazing hotel and staff

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We attended a wedding at Ness walk it was exclusive use. The hotel is stunning and the room was really spacious with electric black out blinds. The bed was comfy and the service was outstanding. The staff went over and above to make sure we were comfortable. Friendly, attentive and really helpful. I cannot wait to stay again and will be highly recommending it.

We need to talk….about Ness Walk ♥️

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

I recently attended a wedding at Ness Walk and what really makes it a unique experience is that you are immediately aware that the people working there take enormous pride in what they do. That’s across the board, from the minute you arrive at the gate to when you are having your late evening ‘Old Fashioned’ meticulously prepared at the bar. The hotel has all of the style and attention to detail you would expect from a 5 star hotel but has retained the intimate fireside feel of a traditional Scottish resort with cosy bar booths, traditional blankets at the outdoor fire pits and a stylish seating area at reception for greeting friends. Menus for food and wine are clearly labours of love. There’s a big focus on local produce and there are wines on the menu you will struggle to find in any standard retail locations (trust me… I’ve googled!) The rooms are beautiful - there is no sense that the designer has based the footprint of the rooms on any goal of maximising capacity, quite the opposite. Rooms are generously sized and in particular we enjoyed having separate WC from the main en-suite bathroom which added privacy in a shared space. The hotel had been booked exclusive use for the bride and groom and their guests and it was a truly special experience. It felt like an intimate wedding when the reality was there were a lot of people there. The venues areas are all linked so even though it was a well attended event it never felt crowded. Five Stars For Ness Walk as an exclusive wedding venue on the shores of the River Ness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful Ness Walk

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We stayed at Ness Walk as part of an “exclusive use” weekend for a family wedding. It was quite simply a fabulous experience. The atmosphere at this hotel is so special, the food is superb, and the staff take service and customer care to another level. The lovely private gardens added another delightful dimension to the event (the weather was lovely for December), and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Afternoon tea

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We had afternoon tea this week. Food was beautifully presented and plentiful. Beautiful surroundings and the room was warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and attentive. They had created a very tasteful decorated Christmas atmosphere - well done! Will definitely be back!

5 star all the way. It was perfection. So beautiful, clean, cozy and conveniently located. The staff was so attentive and accommodating to anything we wanted or needed. It more than exceeded our expectations. Best hotel in Inverness by far.
