An oasis among the rugged outcrops of the Aravalli mountain range, Amanbagh is a Rajasthani retreat informed by Mughal style. The countryside surrounding Amanbagh reveals the ruins of an ancient empire embedded in a starkly beautiful landscape. The 17th-century township of Bhangarh - abandoned just a generation after its completion - sits nearby, as does the centuries-old village, fort and temple of Ajabgarh, which can be reached by foot or camel from the resort. Sariska National Park, home to tigers, jaguars, sambar deer and more, is a short drive away, as is the temple town of Neelkanth, with more than 80 temples encircled on all sides by mountains. Just 90 minutes from Jaipur, the Bengal tiger sanctuary of Sariska National Park is a short drive away.

5 night stay and just the most amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and the pool pavilion room just perfect for a restful and comfortable stay. However, what sets this hotel apart from the pack are the staff, incredibly professional, helpful and above all, kind human beings. Nothing was too much trouble. Food exceptional and the brilliant chef and his team were happy to make something special if the mood so fancied. Came back a new person and look forward to returning in the future.

amazing , incredible in every single way ! we were fortunate enough to stay in this gorgeous hotel for 5 nights in a pool pavillion - and we undertook the detox immersion program. Dr Vivek and his team took such lovely and personal care of us and at all times full of knowledge. The hotel itself is just beautiful and the service from every single person in the team was so kind and professional and made us feel like we were the only ones at the hotel ! I can not say enough about the level of service and friendliness and professionalism of everyone here and I can only encourage everyone to visit here at least once in their life !

I had some mixed experiences with Aman, some hotels were very good, some less. So I didn’t know what to expect here. But I must say, they performed in an outstanding way. Location: Beautiful surroundings, there is almost nothing but nature, only some small villages and some ancient forts, so it is a very calm environment. It is ideal to do some walking or cycling tours. Hotel: Beautiful lobby and main building, beautiful garden with two pools (larger pool is. To heated, so a bit chilly, the smaller is heated). In the main building there is a bar and the restaurant, all very nicely designed. Rooms: Very spacious and nicely decorated. All rooms are nice, but I recommend the pool pavilion with your own pool. There is a nice bedroom and a huge bathroom, as well as a nice garden with pool and several seating areas. Every detail is well thought through and you don’t see that the hotel is already twenty years old. Food: Excellent food, all dishes are extremely tasty and high quality - so far the best food I experienced in an Aman resort. They have a large selection of Indian and Rajasthan dishes beside western choice Service: All staff members are extremely friendly and attentive. The room is made up several times a day, the service in the restaurant ist excellent and management is around to check how you are. You really feel pampered. Activities They offer a range of activities, isn’t the forts, cycling and walking tours etc. - all very nice experiences. Conclusion For me one of the best resorts worldwide, excellent not only in the layout but also food and service. Definitely highly recommended. A big thanks to all the staff members for their great job!

We had high expectations and these were exceeded. The accommodation with its private garden and pool area made for a restful stay. Sleep quality was excellent in the spacious bedroom while the bathroom area included plenty of storage in a dressing room area (one each) plus we had separate washbasin areas. The grounds are beautifully maintained as are the delightful buildings The quality, variety and presentation of the food was excellent In particular, from the initial welcome until we departed, the level of service was terrific from all the staff we met - and a shout out for the resident naturalist

The resort is beautiful. However, given its pricing, it unfortunately sets expectations that it is unable to fulfill. We had two major issues: one was noise at night. We hardly slept due to extreme road and music noise from the street. The second issue was food quality. While everything is presented in a very pretentious manner, the actual quality does not come close to the standards expected at this type of property and price level.
