Amazing palace with as expected great Taj hospitality. Did tried J Wellness spa, Manish Sharma was assisting me with Sauna and Steam. Had a great assitance from him Got Aroma theraphy Masaage by Promita, I need led for my neck and shoulders. It was very relaxing and at the end of I could feel the pain gone in my neck

Truly Exquisite!
We had amazing and memorable experience at this hotel. The team was truly amazing and would go above and beyond to assist us with our request. We had the afternoon tea at Verandah on my sister's birthday. The team prepared a very lovely surprise for her. Special thanks to Sachin, Batam, Sub ham and Sarita for creating the memorable experience for us! Also the most knowledgeable chauffeur in the city - Ram Babu.

Amazing hospitality, indeed a royal palace. From the staff, to food to rooms everything was exceptional. Thanks to Mr. Danish who went out of his way to get the best photos of me and my husband. Mr. Arjun to give us the historical tour of the palace. Mr. Manish who helped me in feeding the peacocks and gave us the best experience. Chef druv for the amazing amazing food. Special thanks to Riddhi, Siddhi, komal & Mr Vikas for making my anniversary weekend truly unforgettable. Love the surprise and the souvenirs. Definitely will be coming back really soon.

Hotel as whole is simply amazing. Another kind of level when it comes to 5* hotels. Staff, rooms, breakfast and amenities are simply superb. Spa’s Manish and Ken both above level profissionals and I highly recommend the experience at this facility.

Amazing hospitality and delicious cocktails
We came to the Rambagh for drinks at the Steam restaurant and were welcomed with the most amazing hospitality we’ve ever experienced. Arihant organised a special welcome for us when we first arrived at the hotel, Abishek made us feel so welcomed in the restaurant, checked in on us and was interested in us as guests (and gave us great recommendations for Jaipur), Robin made us an amazing personalised drink catering to our tastes, and Saurabh let us in on his secret new cocktail that he is planning on introducing into the menu (spoiler alert: anyone coming to Steam should definitely order a Steam Express - you won’t regret it). Overall, we had the most amazing experience, to the extent that we even came back the next day to see and feed the peacocks (an incredible sight) and to enjoy the incredible hospitality once more. 100% recommend to anyone in Jaipur.
