Had a great experience
Great Hotel room was very clean and the food was amazing!! They had these apple muffins for breakfast that were to die for. The whole atmosphere of the Hotel is very Vintage and if you enjoy Art they had a paint or there at the lobby working on a canvas it was very inspiring.

Nice building not so nice room.
We were looking for a luxury hotel in Kansas City and this one looked good. We booked a loft suite. The entry of the hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is rated high but we did not eat there. The room was ok but not for the price. Not real clean and layout was odd. Did have a very nice bath with tub. The closet in the bedroom was small and the door was extremely narrow. Not a huge deal but not what you would expect for a suite. The internet is currently out and has been all day. Luckily we brought an Apple TV and streamed off my phone. They did not have much for breakfast. A local deli type market like a continental style breakfast. So we went to Union Station and had a good breakfast at Harveys. Great setting and good food. The building is historic and is really cool. Downtown location is vey convenient. We come to KC a lot and this hotel is not our favorite. There are no 5 star hotels in KC. The Raphael is the best for the money in my opinion.

Kansas City Bound
The hotel is in a great location. Has a great bar. The front door staff and valet staff are on top of their game. It’s where I stay when I go to Kansas City. Walking distance to power and light, several sports bars, and some great restaurants. Union Station is a place you must go

Downtown KC gem
Wonderful old property converted to hotel. Beautiful architecture, wonderful location in downtown area. Close to streetcar. Very responsive staff. Lounge on the lobby level was a fabulous gathering space for guests and locals with good local spirits.

Quick trip
My daughter and I wanted to take a quick trip to KC and we booked a room at Hotel KC. The hotel is a beautiful historic hotel. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and was very festive. As a Globalist we were upgraded to a two story suite and given a late checkout! Kudos to the hotel for not being skimpy on available upgrades! The hotel is right next to the power and light district and would very convenient for anyone who’s going to a concert!
