We stayed at Keswick Hall to celebrate our anniversary. Pros: Staff are super friendly Beautiful resort Spa is nice Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. They use 2 twins to make a king and add a think pillow top which made it really uncomfortable. For this price- I expect better mattresses. Both my husband and I got maybe 4 hrs of sleep. We checked out early morning because we couldn’t sleep. Pillows are super soft- no variety. No welcoming package, map of the resort or a quick summary of the property was provided at check-in. When I asked for a map, they handed me a postcard with a tiny picture of the resort. 1 wedding party took over the bar & lounge areas the entire weekend. It was a bit overwhelming. Spa steam room was closed No coffee machine in room- free grip coffee downstairs No mini bar with choices in snacks in the room- however, the mini frig had 2 kind bars, 1 bag of potato chips, 2 pepsi, 2 waters, 1 ginger ale. The counter - coffee shop is very limited in beverage and food selection Recommendations: Spa facial and massage - both were excellent. Golf course is beautiful- husband enjoyed it. Crawford- bar Marigold restaurant is average but ambiance is nice.

I am checking out tomorrow morning and am sad to go. I came to Charlottesville for plastic surgery and stayed at Keswick Hall for a week post procedure. I was beyond impressed with the kind, respectful care that the entire staff provided during my stay. I looked like I had been hit by a Mac truck, but, that did not matter to the staff, they all treated me with such kindness and respect. The rooms are clean and quiet, I slept like a baby in the wonderful beds and the room service food was delicious. Near the Keswick there is a nice neighborhood that was lovely to walk through. They even brought an extra fridge for my protein shakes etc which was a nice addition. Would definitely stay here again!

I’ll start by saying the property is absolutely gorgeous. The pool has a beautiful view of the golf course and surrounding mountains. The room was beautiful with a large shower, closet, and tv. We had a beautiful view of the pool. The bed was also super comfy and loved the turn down service every night. The only negatives are it was kind of loud in our room. We could hear people and doors closing in the hallway. Felt like the room was always a little bit warm regardless of where we set the thermostat. Shower head took a really long time to drain so would drip for a really long time but don’t think it was actually leaking.

Outstanding location. Great pool with food and drink service. Vibe was a bit too White though. Rooms easy to use and had a great bath. The spa was wonderful. EV chargers were a big plus, too and key in us choosing the spot. Staff very kind. Close to Charlottesville.

We would definitely recommend Keswick Hall to all of our friends, golfers or not. We were delighted with the suite, and we even had a lovely balcony. The hotel restaurant was lovely - both the food and service were excellent. Our experience was wonderful...
