Perfect stay
Everything about this resort was amazing, from the services to the rooms and the amnesties. Super friendly and nice staff, always there to help and to make your stay better. Amazing pool and beach. If you’re looking to spend some quality time in a 5 star resort this is the place!

Excellence in service
Well I can write a beautiful book about this experience but will try to keep this short . We went for our 7th marriage anniversary and the hotel staff left no stone unturned to make our stay, the most memorable one. Right from the room, the treatment, food, spa, and other experiences, this was a pure bliss

I had a fantastic stay!
The location is wonderful! Beautiful, neat room with the ocean view and a terrace. The staff was very friendly, excellent breakfast, great service at the beach! Very quite and peaceful. The management is very helpful and make you feel like home. I highly recommend to visit Napasai Belmond in Koh Samui!

Fantastic Stay at Napasai
We had an unbelievable stay at Napasai. The staff was fantastic - going above and beyond from check in to accommodating for a late check out. The room was the nicest we've ever stayed in and they left treats for us daily. It was a perfect way to spend our honeymoon and worth every penny.
