Timeless Elegance and Exceptional Hospitality
We recently stayed at Villa d’Este in Cernobbio for a short family trip and were absolutely delighted with our experience. From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were greeted personally and made to feel at home—a feeling that continued throughout our stay. The service was truly exceptional, with staff attentive to every detail. The historical charm of the buildings, combined with the vast park and stunning views of Lake Como, created an unforgettable atmosphere. Our rooms were thoughtfully decorated, perfectly blending classic elegance with modern comfort, and housekeeping impressed us with their attentiveness, even tailoring turndown times to our schedule. The concierge provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and the flexibility of the kitchen to prepare special dishes for breakfast was greatly appreciated. They even went out of their way to spoil our dog with special treats, a testament to their outstanding hospitality. Villa d’Este delivers a flawless five-star luxury experience and is a perfect retreat for families seeking an exquisite getaway on Lake Como. Highly recommended!

Johnny at Greenhouse gave us the best service ever! Friendly, attentive, and professional—he made our experience truly special. Highly recommend! The hotel in itself is an experience the best I would say In whole of lake como would love to come back soon

Perfection!
Magical! Beautiful hotel, decorations, views and gardens; Wonderful breakfast selection, room and staff. Great chef in Veranda Restaurant able to create a dish not necessarily listed on menu. Excellent pianist as well. Lovely Cioccolateria. Would maybe skip private boat tour and take a hop-on, hop-off option if possible to see more if time permits. Thanks for birthday champagne and pastries!

The Christmas Decoration are the most spectacularI have ever seen. ...Afternoon Tea or delicious Hot Chocolate and mouth watering cookies and cakes. .. In "The Chocolate House" ovrer looking Lake Como ...is a must. Wonderful atmosphere in "The Green House" 💚 a light meal, a glass or 2 and relax with friend on a Cosy sofa, surrounded by the spirit of Christmas.

Landmark Building but outdated
Landmark building for Lake Como!You need to visit its Gardens and the waterfall for a jaw-dropping experience. The hotel itself and all the public areas need serious work and renovation in order to compete with the other options you have in Comi nowadays.
