About the Hotel

An incredible stay.
The staff took care of us and are very nice. We got some suprises in our room for birthday and for the birth of our children. The view, the spa, the room everything is done to make you feel good. If you want visit Lucerne I this Burgenstock Hotel I recommend and i will come back.

Just simply fantastic
Just returned from a weekend here and it was fabulous from the moment we checked in and all the way through. Will be returning again soon to try out all the dining options especially Persian and Asian that we didn’t have time for on this trip. A special mention to Sharif who was the breakfast maestro and very approachable and jolly as well as professional and helpful. The outdoor infinity pool was amazing to swim in as it started snowing. All in all an amazing experience and would recommend at least a week for each visit to avail of all the facilities including the spa with helpful and cheerful staff.

Best resort experience I've ever had.
The location, architecture, rooms, views, spa, restaurants are all fabulous! You will not be disappointed with your visit, the entire experience is 2nd to none. We could have stayed easily another four or five days to experience everything this Resort has to offer.

The staff was helpful David at reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful during my visit. He greeted me with a smile and made sure all my questions were answered. His friendly and professional attitude made my experience so much better.

Breathtaking experience
Amazing complementary shuttle experience from Luzern, hotel located in a breathtaking location with an amazing spa facilities. Well trained staff that explain to us in detail the hotel facilities. We were upgraded to a beautiful suit with a view to the mountains. Unforgettable experience.
