Banyan Tree Lang Co

Although it was low season the hotel is spectacular. We have a great and restful two days at the banyan tree lang co, having some of the best food (every meal we had was elevated and exceeded expectations). Ngoc our host was extremely attentive- when my husband was not feeling well she offered to send us tea and congee and also took us to the clinic on the grounds to se a doctor. We felt very taken care of- Took andvantage of the shuttle, enjoyed the spa, the high tea and a meditation. Will look forward to returning during high season with the family!

The Banyan Tree Lang Co is a beautiful place, and we expected nothing less. But what makes the resort astoundingly beautiful is the people and the service. Everybody made us feel right at home - it's so cliche but that was how we felt. From the moment we stepped foot into its grounds, we were immediately captivated by the beauty of the grounds and the charm of the people. Our villa host Tuan in particular was hospitality personified. Need a taxi? He's there. Need restaurant recos? Tuan is there. As if by magic, everyhing we wanted and needed was done and supplied with just a whatsApp message to Tuan. On the final night, he pulled out all stops and sent us some desserts, left a handmade card and a special greeting for us on our bed. This is the kind of service that bumps up an experience from great to awesome. Breakfast is in a cafe overlooking the sea, with an international spread supplemented by a Hue specialty each morning. The serving staff were quietly attentive, and we were pumped not just by the place but by the copious Vietnamese coffee in many forms: classic, salted, coconut, egg. The resort is tucked away in Lang Co, about an hour from Danang and Hue so you're likely to stay in most of the time. Thankfully, it is not difficult to do so. The place is breathtaking in its beauty and peaceful in its silence. It definitely was a great way to start a marriage! We had a really enchanting stay for our mini honeymoon.

Hadan excellent time here. The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful and there were plenty of activities to enjoy throughout our stay. Special shout out to Chef Nho for serving us different local breakfasts everyday and Chef Nhi who taught our cooking class. Our villa host, Mi, also helped us schedule all our activities and even secured us group discounts on our spa treatments. They, and the rest of the staff, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Stellar experience overall.

It was an amazing experience! We booked a lagoon villa at the resort. November isn’t the best month to visit Vietnam as we learned and most days were cloudy and we also had a fair share of rain but the staff at Banyan Tree brightened each of our days. Especially our villa host Yen made an effort and made us smile each day with little (or not so little) surprises. But to be fair all of Banyan Tree staff excelled at customer service.
