Welp, another " Mom and Me" trip to Vegas. This time we stayed at the Cosmopolitan. Cosmo ( to us) was centrally located so we did not feel like we were to far up or down on the strip. Upon arrival we went to check in and were greeted warmly by Louisa ( I am sure I misspelled her name🙏🏾😩) who made sure we were set and it was seamless. We also decided to upgrade the room and while we were waiting for it to be cleaned, we went to Wicked Spoon. Our room was spacious with an amazingly large balcony with views of the Bellagio fountain and the other half of the strip. Bed was comfy, Bathroom was modern, shower was immaculate as I also used it as a steamer. We enjoyed ourselves at the Cosmopolitan and will be back!

Despite this being a beautiful property, the check in service was mo as expected We arrived 1.5 hours after check in time for our suite, told it was not ready and we could "aimlessly roam around until your room is done" When asked how long it might be we were told no clue. My husband and I came back 2.5 hours later and went to the MGM rewards member check in where the gentleman was so kind and apologetic for the issues we had. He had wonderful customer service. The restaurant The Henry was fabulous. Both the food and service were excellent. I will choose a different MGM property for my next Vegas visit but will absolutely go back to The Henry to eat Short Ribs Benedict and french toast!

I love the fact they have a balcony overlooking the strip. The view is unparalleled. I’m not a Vegas person, but I would stay here again anytime. The hotel has amazing restaurants and a great pool. It’s on the center strip and close to most of the attractions.

This hotel is in the centre of the strip, very modern and hip! Our room was a terrace overlooking the Bellagio fountains and facing Caesars Palace. Location = amazing! Pros- Great location Modern hotel Excellent facilities Walking distance to Bellagio, Caesars, Aria, Paris and Planet Hollywood Cons - none! Would recommend this hotel

Beware!!!! Worst service, no accountability-Hospitality is not in the cards when you stay in this hotel. Called numerous times to front desk was told they can’t assist, the can open tickets and can’t provide anything else but compensation- straight from “manager” of front desk Dirty, broken plumbing not fixed, multiple calls for help- ignored. This is not my first stay- was here three years ago- was amazing. Now it is so disappointing. I will never be back!
