Me and my partner have just got back from an amazing stay at the cosmopolitan! I wanted to take this opportunity to share our positive experience as some of the previous reviews left me feeling a bit nervous before arriving. Firstly check In was a breeze (we did arrive about 9pm) so that may have helped. Got a complimentary upgrade to which the room was amazing! Balcony views, large bath tub and bed and lovely sitting area. All a lovely touch considering we were celebrating our 30th (which the hotel didn’t even know about which just goes to show the service without having to have a reason) House keeping was 10/10. They came every day and our room was spotless, they even tidied my toiletries up neatly. Beds were comfy and room was quiet (we were in the boulevard tower) Egg cafe upstairs was 10/10 also. My only complaint is having to pay city tax for 2 half a days (arriving at 9pm on day 1 and leaving at 11am day 7) however that isn’t the hotels issue. Overall a lovely stay. Thanks so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is old, worn out and smells.. With all the hotels in Vegas, I can't believe I chose this one.. If they gave me a room for free, I wouldn't stay there again. Half the rooms in the hotel overlook a parking structure and are sold as balcony rooms.. We asked to move and were willing to pay for something better..Management was very unhelpful..

Nice rooms. Lots of restaurants. Great gym. Tennis courts are pretty awful though. The courts themselves are fine, but they are in a location that gets exhaust from some ventilation systems. So it's loud and smelly. And the surrounding area is really dirty and disgusting. A pile of cigarettes right outside the courts. Plus a sued condom. Pretty gross.

The room is big and modern. The beds are comfortable and there’s a huge TV in front of them. I like that they have a fridge for us to use which made it easier to buy food and drinks at the store. The place is busy on Fridays and Saturdays! The neighbors were a bit noisy. But the reason why I removed stars is because we had someone get into our room when we were gone! Security didn’t seem to care! It was very creepy and left me feeling unsafe!

Another dump in the MGM portfolio of hotels. Hard beds, WiFi broken. Food disgusting. Put us in a balcony room overlooking the highway. I guess our complimentary upgrade for high rollers includes listening to traffic. Housekeeping barged in at 8am even though we hadn’t been in the room more than 10 hours. Avoid at all costs. In fact avoid any property owned or managed by MGM. They simply don’t care about guest experiences.
