Check-in feels like Disneyland—minus the magic. Over 40 minutes in line on a Monday, only to be told my room still wasn’t ready well past 3pm. “We’ll notify you when it’s available,” they said. Spoiler: that meant another 30-minute wait in the checkout/room key line just to finally get in. Hydration shouldn't feel like a luxury, but at the Cosmo, even water is a hustle—$2 for a glass, $15–$18 for bottled options in the minibar. Room service? Be prepared to choose between your food arriving in a to-go bag or paying extra for “table service” (aka furniture delivery with your fries). I ordered chocolate cake, got mousse, and was told it needed to be “retrieved” like it was evidence. In a supposedly upscale Lanai Suite, there weren't even complimentary water bottles on the nightstand, something you'd expect at a lower-tier hotel. Poolside, I shelled out for a daybed with a $100 F&B minimum per person, only to be denied a basic cup of water in 90° heat. My server upsold $8 bottled water while knowingly withholding the existence of a free water station. Then she asked for an extra tip—on top of the automatic 20% gratuity. I visit Vegas often, but this was the first time I felt like I was being milked instead of welcomed. The Cosmopolitan seems more interested in upcharges than hospitality - NEVER AGAIN!!!

Checked into the Cosmo today for a three night stay and am shocked at how downhill it has gone since I stayed here in 2022. Both my room and the 28th floor hallway in the Chelsea Tower smells like mold, the dresser is extremely banged up, I have a dead moth on the wall in my closet, hairs on the bathroom floor, holes in the robe I received when I called to request one, cracks in the mirror, blue calcium on the bathroom sink, etc. As soon as I got in my room and smelled it, I called down to ask to change to another room and they told me they are completely booked and the best they can do is a spray a deodorizer and offer me a $200 food credit. They offered that before I discovered all of these issues and it is definitely not enough for what I am paying to be here

Impeccably clean, refreshingly modern, and effortlessly luxurious. From the moment I arrived, everything felt elevated. The highlight? A breathtaking view of the Bellagio fountains right from the room — pure magic. An unforgettable experience in the heart of the Strip. 10/10 — truly exceptional

We recently stayed at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. We had a beautiful suite with a large balcony overlooking the Bellogio Dancing Waters, and the Las Vegas strip! Stacy Harris helped us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary by giving us a complimentary brunch at the Wicked Spoon Buffet in the hotel! The Buffet was the biggest and best we have ever eaten at! Stacy also had chocolate strawberries and champagne sent to our room! Stacy really helped make our 50th very special! She is a very special person and so kind! Another person that helped make our anniversary special was Luz from housekeeping! She was very kind and helpful, she had fancy chocolates sent to our room. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Cosmopolitan!!!!!!!

Total hell. Tv and phone not operational. Room downgraded. Penthouse suites under construction causing a ridiculous amount of noise and vibrations. Don’t stay here if you want to relax and have fun. They dont care. Go to Aria instead or anywhere else.
