Twenty-six of the fifty largest hotels in the world are in Las Vegas. Why, then, is The Cromwell Las Vegas causing such a stir? Clocking in at just 188 rooms, it stands in the shadows of neighboring Bellagio, Caesars Palace and Bally’s. And that is exactly why it’s so appealing to guests seeking the intimate, refined experience of a boutique hotel right in the throbbing heart of the Vegas Strip. There’s a touch of a vintage bordello feel to the hotel, accentuated by leather headboards, vampy damask wallpaper and classic showgirl sketches.

Rooms could use a little refreshing, smells a bit musty and need new bed pillows. The fact that the hotel is small with very easy and quick access to rooms is a bonus. Giadas restaurant is fantastic - great food and views. Eatwell very nice for coffee and pastry. Bound bar has great cocktails and the best staff. Sandy and Neff at Bound Bar always smiling, excellent service - absolutely wonderful people. LOVE the Cromwell, highly recommend.

Giadas restaurant was fabulous and accommodating to 40 guests. Food & Service was beyond exceptional. Sonja arranged seating for my guests in the lounge with the dueling pianos. She could not have been more helpful and I thoroughly appreciated everything she did to make us comfortable. Linda was our fantastic server in the lounge. She was attentive and had such a happy personality. My family loved her. I whole heartedly recommend Giada’s restaurant, Sonja for making the lounge available, and Linda for making a memorable evening for me and my family. M.M.

I go to Vegas a few times a year and always stay at ceasars properties— typically the Cromwell. I like the small boutique nature of the casino. Service is always outstanding. Two individuals to call out - Neff— the mixologist at the back bar and Richard — one of the pit bosses. These two individuals make a good trip great!

Everything about this hotel is fine, until the day after you check out!! They apply charges as if you used items from the mini bar/ fridge. I was charged $87 dollars the day after we left. We did not use the fridge or take these items. The front desk manager is not able to refund, and there is no way to talk to the mini-bar supervisor. If you plan to stay, demand that the fridge be removed from your room. I was told this is the only way to guarantee you won't be charged after you leave and they are aware that this is a huge problem and happens alot but no way to dispute it after the fact. Very poor customer service and ruins your fun Vegas vacation! I had better luck gambling than being charged for something a day after we left. BEWARE!!!!

Kavyn & Bryce were very friendly and treated us well. Enjoyed playing video poker at the bar and Kayvn gave me one of his Old Fashion recipes. We will be going back.
