Great Stay at the Delano
The beds are very comfortable. The TV and movie selection is great with the Paramount+ channel. The bathroom is very good with a nice shower. The tub is great to fill with hot water and do some back therapy from all the walking at the trade show. Also had a nice scenic view of the desert from both windows. It was great.

One night turnaround trip
We always enjoy staying at the Delano. Suites are always nice and classy. The walk from the casino to the suite elevators always winds me down to a nice tranquil mindset before entering the suite. Having MGM rewards is a nice perk, even though I don't have a lot of points. Using the MGM app makes checking in, getting the digital room key, and checking out so easy. The staff are always nice and friendly.

Delano is a Delight!
II stayed here last year for a busy Conference and enjoyed the Hotel amenities. Decided to stay again this year as the Delano is a stylish, comfortable, quiet location. Being part of a Casino I appreciate the smoke free environment. I plan to stay here on my next trip to Vegas!

Best Hotel for Stadium Events
We previously stayed at this hotel when it was "The Hotel" and found Delano management has maintained the luxurious experience. Next year it will be a "W" hotel under the Marriott banner. We chose to stay at the Delano primarily due to its location near Allegiant Stadium where Billy Joel and Sting where having their concert. Our suite was spacious, luxurious, and well maintained. We had 1 1/2 baths, lots of closet space, and a great view of the Stadium. In short, we had a wonderful stay and recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay on the South part of the Strip (and especially for stadium events).

Terrible attitude from many staff members who think they have seen it all
Water scalding hot for 3 days, with maintenance not able to repair. We were not accommodated. We paid full price fort everything, including parking. Why didn't maintenance or the front desk check in to make sure we were fine. Because they don't care, unless you scream and yell. I'm over this treatment.
