Superb hotel! If you want supreme service, extremely clean rooms, and all the perks that go with MGM and Marriott (bought by Marriott in December 2024) STAY HERE! You will not be sorry. It’s a non-casino hotel, but you can walk over to Mandalay Bay anytime in a few minutes. It’s quiet, lots of security, they take pets in certain rooms, the food is absolutely delicious on both properties, and I didn’t even use the pool, but it is a phenomenal pool area with use of all the Mandalay Bay pools as well. I was able to kayak the Colorado River, go horseback riding, take in a few shows, go to three different hamburger pubs…..but Gordon Ramsay wins, and hike every day.

I was pleasantly surprised that our room was a suite! And there were two bathrooms! The rooms were very nice. The only drawback was the fact that there was no refrigerator in the room. I will definitely stay there again.

There is no way I could recommend W after this weekend. We booked weeks in advance. We arrived around noon knowing it was a long shot for an early check in. However, when we returned after 3:00, still no room available and no estimate whatsoever as to when it would be ready. Again, we returned after 5:00. The room still isn't ready with no time estimate. We had activities that night to attend. They couldn't provide a place to change and get ready. Nothing. A $25 meal voucher was how they thought they would make it right. Finally, I get a text about 8:30 that our room was ready. Terrible!! At the very least, they should be able to communicate expectations and accommodate with a place to change and get ready for our evening out. We had a group of 16 all with various issues - most were also waiting for rooms. Two were given keys to rooms that were occupied. I would never return with this group - my reputation is on the line at this point.

My best friends were staying and I wanted to send them a surprise gift basket. The Concierge team is fantastic and we’re able to provide me several options that I hadn’t even considered. My friends had already contacted me to tell me how nice the hotel was and the staff they encountered were so helpful. Shortly after their arrival, the W Las Vegas Bell staff delivered the gift basket to a perfectly surprised couple. The transaction from my request, to order, to the delivery was administered perfect. I highly recommend the W Las Vegas for your next stay and don’t hesitate to reach out to the Concierge team if you want to add a little “Vegas Magic” on top of your visit. It is affordable and they delivered a fantastic presentation.

Great property to stay at if you are looking for larger rooms. There is definitely a luxurious feel to this property that the Mandalay Bay did not. I would avoid strip view if airplane noise will bother you because all the flights East could be heard. My biggest criticism about this place is how chaotic the main hallway to the W gets when the Michael Jackson shows lets out since their doors are located in the middle of the hallway. To compound on this issue, I don't know why staff thought it would be a good idea to set up merchandise tables along this hallway as well. While trying to get to my room I saw a guy with a gold chain and leather pants on stick out his shoulder on purpose to knock over this old lady. Dude just kept walking. There is definitely a lack of security outside this event and in the W's hallway.
