A Great Getaway in Vegas
Great rooms in a quiet part of the casino but close to all the needed amenities. Great staff! Definitely worth exploring for couples especially. We will stay there next visit to Vegas as its close enough to shops and restaurants but super quiet when you want it to be.

Check In Nightmare!
Horrible experience checking in. I checked in at 3:30pm and I did not get my room until 6:30, almost 7pm. When I mentioned this was unacceptable to staff I just got a blank stare and sorry. I work in a customer service industry and I could not fathom have one of my customers go thru something like this and give an explanation or something to offset the bad experience.

Will find another hotel next time
A suite hotel with sterile rooms and a staff that just barely gets their job done. The staff felt like they were exhausted and did not present themselves like they were there to make your day better. Check in took a long time and when checking out we inquired about a late check out and the hotel clerk said "absolutely not, we are full, we cannot do that" as her body language went to a very defensive posture. She could have smiled and said I understand your desire to get a late check out, but unfortunately we are sold out today and cannot give you the extra time. Hopefully next time we'll be able to accomodate your needs. I am glad you understand.

You CAN relax in Las Vegas… Here is where and how…
Relaxing comfortable suite with many amenities. Walkable attractions. Easy access to MGM tram. Even though the Delano’s restaurant choices are limited, the extremely close proximity to other MGM dining outlets really made this a non-factor. It is being rebranded to “W” this week. I think it will make the hotel even better.

Great place to stay in Vegas
The Delano has beautiful spacious rooms. We loved that we had 2 bathrooms and a separate living space.. Nice to be on the strip, but not have a casino in your lobby. Restaurants just steps away from the lobby. Our family would come back to the Delano.
