A Little Pre= Holiday Visit
I stood in the,Versailles Room , which was very roomy and the decor was recently updated, but be aware that the location of the room is actually in the Horseshoe Casino Hotel and that you have to walk over to Paris which can be done from the second floor of the Versailles Tower.

Better choices elsewhere
No bottled water or coffee maker in the rooms. Tv is streaming only and the internet constantly was freezing which made watching any tv hard. AC shuts off after a few hours of no movement so you always have to reset the temp you want. Checkout is at 11 am. At 11:12 they were already knocking on the door telling us we need to leave. With so many choices on the strip, I wouldn't come back

Horrible front desk staff was rude and gave us the worst room she could on 4th floor overlooking the employe smoke area. We complained and got an upgrade by Mica who was lovely. Then after a long day , we came back to our room to rest and watch a bit of TV. The TV didn’t work. We called again. They said they’d send up a technician who never came. Went down to a restaurant to have a drink, the concierge for the restaurant said all the tables were full even though there was a whole section that was empty. He said they only had 2 waiters on ao they couldn’t open it up. Pretty crappy experience for the price. Oh, and the room is dirty! Hasn’t been dusted in I don’t know how long! Unbelievable. First time in Vegas, overpriced, tourist trap. Won’t be back. Should have stayed in Downtown Vegas rather than the strip! Complete tourist trap!

Service very bad
We have holiday booked through virgin, we still here from 14 till 19 December, and we wouldn’t recommend it already, the place itself is stunning, but when we checked in our room cards didn’t work both of them had to be changed, later on we went to switch on tv and put something of our , we couldn’t as there is someone else details reservation number, name , we can check out our put extra time , that’s is scary , so we went to reception 5 times, they said will be sorted next day, we’ll guess what , it is still not.
